TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CAN DO:
- OC with reference
- Fanarts (except real people)
- Yaoi, Yuri, or straight pairing
- Semi - NSFW
PROCESS:
- All transactions will be done through direct message or email. (Fill up form, discussion, updates, and payment invoice)
- ON FILL UP FORM: You can shoot a message first on any of my social media account (preferably, Discord) so I can accommodate you.
- ON DISCUSSION AND UPDATES: a.) updates (drafting to semi-finished art) will be done thrice (at 25% progress, at 50% progress, and at 75% progress). Commissioned art can be expected at least one week after or depends on the lineup or agreed date. This can be halted or changed if I have prior commitments (school, personal life), which will be announced accordingly.
- ON PAYMENT: Payment first policy. Installment plan can be granted for multiple purchase on single transaction (50% upfront and 50% after 2 weeks, unless extension is discussed beforehand. Payment is non-refundable. Invoice will be sent via email. MODE OF PAYMENT: Paypal
RIGHTS:
- Commissioned arts should be strictly for personal use only. Any commercialization, reproduction, distribution, or any gain of profit from my artwork is STRICTLY PROHIBITED (unless discussed prior since prices will change)
- Modification of my artwork is not allowed.
- I have the full rights on my artwork. (posting it on my social media accounts, portfolio, etc.) On the other hand, I will not use it on any commercial or profitable way.
